Nigel Harrison is Chairman of the Communications and Media ITO Board.

Nigel has extensive experience in the paperboard packaging industry, in particular working at Amcor Cartons.

Nigel has strongly supported and been part of implementing workplace training in his company and over the years, has participated in various ITO meetings, workshops and other initiatives before joining the Board and later becoming Board Chairman.

John Cudby is the General Manager of CMITO.

John is passionate about industry training and the work of ITOs in supporting people as they work towards industry qualifications.

In his role John oversees the smooth operation of the ITO while also ensuring that CMITO meets the funding and operational requirements set by the TEC and other government agencies.

Patricia Brooking is the Training Development Manager for CMITO.

In this role, Patricia works to ensure that CMITO has efficient and effective systems in place to support targets and education performance outcomes.  This includes qualification and programme development, quality assurance and learning resources.  She also works on business development initiatives.

Colleen de Boer is Office Manager for the Communications and Media ITO.

Colleen carries out a wide range of administrative tasks that enable the organisation to run smoothly.

David Eagles is a Training Advisor for the Communications and Media ITO.

David joined the ITO following a career in the dry offset sector of the print industry.

David works closely with employers and employees to provide the support, advice and monitoring required to ensure the trainee or apprentice successfully completes their qualification within the required timeframe.

David works with companies in the upper North Island including Hawkes Bay.

Steven Jack is a Training Advisor for the Communications and Media ITO.

Steven works closely with employers and employees to provide the support, advice and monitoring required to ensure the trainee or apprentice successfully completes their qualification within the required timeframe.

Steven works with companies in the South Island.

Malcolm Pearce is a Training Advisor for the Communications and Media ITO.

Malcolm joined the ITO in May 2013 following a career in offset printing and account management in the print industry.

Malcolm's role involves working closely with employers and employees to provide the support, advice and monitoring required to ensure the trainee or apprentice successfully completes their qualification within the required timeframe.

Malcolm works with companies in the Lower North Island including Wellington, Wairarapa and Kapiti/Horowhenua.

Alicia Lambert is the Communications Advisor for the Communications and Media ITO.

Alicia writes articles for trade media, newsletters, updates the websites and looks after the general communications and marketing needs of the organisations.

Cathy Budge works as a Training Administrator for the Communications and Media ITO.

Cathy's role includes processing Training Agreements when people start and complete their training programmes and a wide range of other functions.

Hazel Johnson works as an Accounts Administrator for the Communications and Media ITO.

Hazel carries out a wide range of tasks including invoicing and paying the bills! She also looks after some of the training administration.

Alice Philip works in an Administrative Support role for the Communications and Media ITO.

Alice carries out a wide range of tasks from answering the phone to helping with mailouts and other tasks as required.
